Located five minutes from Chatswood station this 3 Partner, Chartered Accounting firm has experienced continued growth and is now seeking a motivated person to join our support team in the role of client administration officer. Take on the challenge and work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Working closely with Partners, you will be responsible for a range of duties which will include:

• Processing payments of cheques, credit cards and electronic transfers

• Managing refunds from the ATO which involves checking Notice of Assessments or Statements that the money is matching to what is in the Trust Account

• Liaising directly with clients regarding Notices of Assessments and Statements

• Managing debtors

• Assisting with answering the phone

• Accounts receivable / payable

• Billing and ASIC changes

• Reconcile monthly Trust Account

• Additional ad hoc administration duties

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Forward thinking

• 1-2 Years minimum previous admin experience (professional services environment preferred)

• Accuracy, organisation skills & ability to effectively manage your time.

• High attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal, with written and verbal communication skills

• Microsoft office package

• MYOB (preferred not essential)

• Ability to work in a team and relate easily with people at all levels in the firm

• A happy and positive attitude
