The Role

The Commercial and Contract Account Manager will contribute to the efficient operations of the Works and Service Delivery group by providing input and support for; the development of the strategic framework for contractor performance management, tender preparation, evaluation and contractor selection process, contract administration and contractor compliance to ensure efficient delivery of TasNetworks program of work.

Based in Tasmania's capital, historic Hobart will be a great base for the successful incumbent to reside in order to take up this role. The region is situated on the scenic river Derwent with stunning world heritage wilderness areas just a stone's throw away. The Challenge

Maintaining a contracting framework that facilitates efficient delivery of TasNetworks operating and capital works programs.
Implementing changes to contract delivery strategies to meet emerging internal and external environments.
Managing competing demands of internal stakeholders to ensure the timely production of key contractual documentation.
Maintaining sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders and contractors, whilst ensuring prudent and efficient outcomes for TasNetworks.
