Primary Responsibilities of the Role include:
General Bookkeeping; payables, receivables, time-sheet management & bank reconciliations,
Maintenance of the office environment & administration,
Researching & sourcing of products to meet interior-exterior design,
Nothing better to do with your day than make clients happy; the want to go above and beyond to get them there, and back again, and
Liaison and support of external marketing personnel.
This role is part-time Mon-Thurs, with flexibility of hour's onsite answering to the MD.

The Successful Applicant Must be able to Demonstrate:
Advanced XERO accounting software competency,
Intermediate MYOB accounting software competency,
Intermediate to advanced Apple MAC competency,
Experience in sourcing, ordering, and managing and maintaining end to end supply channels/installations/deliveries

You'll have the Advantage over Other Applicants if you:
Are Social Media savvy; Wordpress,
Can demonstrate strong time management skills and love detail, detail, and detail,
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
Have great energy and a positive approach to clients and peers,
A "can-do" attitude.
