Hours: 10 hours per week part-time (2 days per week 9.30 – 2.30 pm)

Essential: Office Experience. The role will support a busy office. We are looking for a candidate who brings a wide variety of technical skills across Microsoft Office and MYOB. We are seeking someone who is personable with good communication. As the main point of contact in our office, attention to detail and a can do attitude are of the utmost importance.

Snapshot: We are seeking an enthusiastic all rounder to join our family owned business and to help us grow. Our office requires a highly reliable office administrator to take charge of office .You must enjoy a close and busy working relationship with the team. As the Office Administrator you will carry out a number of roles to support the Office Manager, Business Manager and the day to day business including answering phone, email and mail inquiries, MYOB, filing, creating and maintaining office templates and ad-hoc office duties as requested.
