About the business and the role

Our business assists our clients to get the right home or investment loan for their needs, enabling them to move towards securing their future through property ownership. This role is integral in providing our clients with great customer service throughout the process.

Job tasks and responsibilities

- Reception duties

- Loan tracking and client updates

- General administration duties

- Liaising with relevant third parties as required

- Maintaining clean office

Skills and experience

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent & professional communication skills

- Attention to detail a must

- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines

- Demonstrated administration experience

- Ability to problem solve, work with others to achieve outcomes, and have an above and beyond attitude.
