We have multiple opportunities available for highly motivated individuals to join a team as a Client Service Consultant. These roles will offer the opportunity to grow your existing skill set within a leading organisation.
The successful Client Service Consultant will be comfortable working in a fast moving and ever changing environment. You must be results driven and seek continual improvement, and in return you will be given the opportunity to take ownership and accountability for your workload. Positioned in a central location within Sydney, we work within a modern, activity based workspace. We offer you the opportunity to develop and challenge yourself in this role, whilst driving efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Working as part of a supportive, high performing team you will be responsible for;
Receiving and / or initiating calls to clients and providing an exceptional client experience on each call Continuous learning of technical aspects of core and specialised retail products Identifying leads, value-adds and solutions for our clients and drive sales performance Taking ownership of client queries and using your industry knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems Providing feedback and influencing the sales and product team to help drive innovation Exceeding service quality standards and striving for continuous process improvement. Trade execution on behalf of clients on domestic and international markets.
About You
You will have previous experience within Customer Service and Sales, and be able to demonstrate a customer centric approach and a history of consistently providing exceptional client service at all times. Your strong achievement drive and commitment will help the team realise challenging business goals.
You will also have;
Experience in a similar role and an understanding of a call centre environment Sales experience Professional communication skills, able to clearly explain complex concepts over the phone Willingness to learn and develop your financial services skills and knowledge Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently Strong problem solving skills and ability to follow processes and procedures Able to adapt to change with ease and be resilient to cope with challenging tasks An outgoing, positive and friendly attitude
