Be Vital in this role In the dynamic and challenging world of medical sales, the customer service team is integral to our success in delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. In the role of Customer Service Representative you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader for our DePuy Synthes business. You will work in a large friendly national team who are dedicated to providing exceptional service in a 24x7 customer support environment. Some of your key responsibilities will be: . processing and managing customer orders in SAP . handling internal and external customer enquiries . management of returns for credit . invoicing and purchase order queries . management of consignment items. You will be a key go to person for our organisation as you become an expert in understanding the complexities of working in a global healthcare organisation whose mission is to improve the quality of life of patients all over the world. You will demonstrate abilities in solving complex problems and take pride in being accountable for positive outcomes. This role will work in a 24x7 on call environment for which the ability to work flexible hours is necessary.
