The purpose of the role will be to provide technical and education support to clients and provide basic troubleshooting of IT technical issues, or escalating issues accordingly. You will be part of the service operations team supporting over 550 users.
To be considered for this role, you will have the following experience:
Providing phone IT Support, problem detection and resolution to users
Providing first and second level support for user technologies, personal productivity tools, wireless and wired network services
Resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests within agreed timeframes
Windows 7
Microsoft Office/Exchange/Active Directory
User computing hardware (PC, smartphone, tablet)
Cisco networking
Microsoft Windows Server/directory services (Active Directory)
