Ideally looking for Level 2 Service Desk Analyst’s with solid experience in a Service Desk environment. Candidates should have prior onsite hands-on face to face experience.
Skills required:
Proven experience providing level 2 support a wide variety of technologies including but not limited to Windows Server, Vmware, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across multiple companies
Time Management
Must have strong verbal and written communication
Having an understanding of managed services environment is an advantage
Microsoft certification or equivalent
Coordinate, collaborate and escalate incidents within established timeframes
