Ideally looking for Level 2 Service desk people with solid experience with onsite hands-on face to face support. Not just phone support.
Skills required:
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Provide 2nd level support to a wide variety of clients
Intel, Cisco and Microsoft skills
Strong problem-solving ability
To be customer focused
Understanding of Managed Services Environment
