The Role:
This rare one-on-one role is an EA to a Director who is extremely busy and has a very full diary every single working day. It's a very varied and interesting role and will see you having full management of the Director's diary and as his "right hand person" having close control of his day-to-day activities. You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy as you get to build up professional relationships with clients and keep them abreast of happenings with their matters and assist them as things move through to successful conclusion (this is the main part of the role). You'll also prepare emails, liaise with clients and other parties, organise meetings and travel, prepare reports and documents, and generally keep everything running smoothly for the Director.

This role is well-suited to you if you are an experienced PA or EA seeking a new challenge within a professional CBD service-focused company. You'll have good typing, spelling, grammar and Word skills, as well as a professional, polished approach and a strong focus on providing an exceptional level of client service at all times.
