Our client - a Marketing / Advertising Agency in the Inner Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne - provides a full range of services that mirror those of a large in-house marketing and graphic design team. They specialise particularly in the Property Industry and develop strategies for their clients before driving and the managing the implementation. They are responsible for corporate and project strategy, branding and graphic design, to developing and executing communications plans, setting up display suites and event management.
They require a General Manager to lead and provide direction to the Melbourne office and a team of between 5 - 10 staff. This person will also be the interface between the staff and the Managing Director.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have either worked in a Marketing / Advertising Agency before or worked in Property Marketing. You will also ideally have experience managing staff. Finally, you will need to be pro active and confident and have a superior attention to detail. You will also be highly organised and efficient, creative and strategic, a proficient copywriter and a team player.
