Residential Property Manager - Port Melbourne
Portfolio size: 160
Maintenance, Routine Inspections, Rent Reviews, In-going condition reports, final inspections, arrears, VCAT, bond claims
Does not include leasing or trust accounting - My client have a task oriented approach to property management, and these aspects are best handled in separate roles within the department
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, minimal Saturday work (to assist when Leasing Consultant on annual leave)
Skills and Experience Needed for this role: Immaculate presentation! Strong communication skills Current Agents Rep Certificate. Minimum TWO years experience managing your own portfolio. Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. Friendly and approachable with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proven ability to think independently and make sound judgement and decisions. Be a team player and contribute above and beyond your own tasks to achieve team goals.
