About the Role
Due to expansion, growth and new clients, our clients now have opportunities for a Commercial Property Manager to join the team within prestigious offices in Brisbane's CBD. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial properties. You will be required to carry out all aspects of Property Management including liaising with tenants/owners, managing cash flow and budgets, negotiation of leases, reviewing contracts and working as part of a team to maintain a high level of customer service.
Skills & Experience
Must have a current Certificate of Registration in Property Management A clean driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail Property Degree (preferred but not essential) Ideally 3 years minimum Commercial Property Management experience Be corporately presented Culture & Benefits
