A leading International Top Tier agency in Perth's CBD is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to support the Director, assisting with staff management and driving motivation amongst the team. You will also have the opportunity to manage a key portfolio of retail properties.
You will use your commercial experience to meet the financial and performance targets of the commercial management department on a monthly and annual basis. You will take on responsibility for liaising with all stakeholders to provide and present a first class management service. This position will be an integral part in maximising revenue and capital value of assets.
Other responsibilities will include the review and execution of lease renewals, annual rent reviews, tenant retention strategies, working with leasing consultants and ensuring a strong level of rapport with the support staff.
To be successful in this role you will require:
5 years + experience working for a commercial property agency An understanding of Retail Tenancy Act regulations A high level of numeracy/financial skills Tertiary education in a finance or property related field is desirable Exceptional communication skills An ability to lead, encourage and motivate the team This role is 2IC to the Director of Retail and as such will lead to a Head of Department opportunity with proven strong performance. Salary will be rewarded dependant on experience.
