Temporary Residential Property Manager
My client is seeking a Property Manager on a temporary basis with a passion for the industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service at all times!!
You will be responsible to manage a portfolio of up to 150 properties surrounding the office of Mornington.
This is a temporary role and the working hours can be flexible!
You must be willing to jump in and help with various roles that come available!
Skills and Experience Needed for this role: Immaculate presentation! Strong communication skills Current Agents Rep Certificate. Minimum TWO years experience managing your own portfolio. Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. Friendly and approachable with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proven ability to think independently and make sound judgement and decisions. Be a team player and contribute above and beyond your own tasks to achieve team goals. Australian Drivers Licence essential This is a vibrant, innovative, and friendly office with a supportive working environment with a strong focus on training and group supported advertising/promotion.
